Øbskült Shipping Policy

Every piece at Øbskült is made to order — your photo is laser-engraved into the crystal by hand, which means a little extra care goes in before your order ships. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders take 3–5 business days to process before they ship. This covers engraving your personalized design, quality-checking the piece, and packing it securely (including the padded case for Vitra Mini orders). During busy periods — holidays, promotions, or craft fair season — processing may take slightly longer, and we'll let you know if that's the case.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across the European Union. If you're outside the EU and would still like to order, message us before purchasing and we'll see what's possible.

Shipping Cost

A flat rate of €20 applies to all EU orders, regardless of destination or order size.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location within the EU. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally processing time plus transit time. Delays
